Mind Your Purpose
Psalms 138:8 NLT The Lord will work out his plans for my life- for your faithful love, O Lord, endures forever. Don't abandon me, for you made me.

"I realized working on purpose is uncomfortable sometimes."
I was intentional this year about working on purpose. I started off my year by doing the 21-day Transformation Church fast and leaned on the theme of being Anchored this year. I didn’t want the year to go by without me working fully in what God had planned for me. I realized that working on purpose is uncomfortable sometimes. Purpose challenges, motivate, frustrate procrastination and laziness, bring joy, and fulfillment. Me starting this blog has been a purposeful journey. Don’t get me wrong, I have fun with it but to be honest I do get frustrated.
This blog forces me to be transparent and vulnerable to a global audience. I am passionate about talking about the goodness of God, but my flesh is challenged by making sure I am living out what I am speaking. There are times where the words I speak on here minister to me cause life has its ups and downs. Starting a blog and managing social media accounts requires consistency. Procrastination and laziness do creep up because I’m not motivated or have too much going on. But I am reminded of His faithfulness and plans for my life. I am anchored in His promises.
I mind my purpose because it brings me joy and fulfillment. If you know me personally, you know my life is full of balancing work, school, relationships, and some outside commitments. While I am happy with all those things, Life Semplified brings me so much joy and fulfillment. It’s the one space where God continues to speak to and through me and that’s where I see the Lord work out his plans for my life.
Continue to mind your purpose and you will see the favor of God over your life!
